Its excellent UL9540A thermal test results, along with combustible gas monitoring, pressure relief systems, and explosion protection, ensure a high level of operational safety.
The enclosure is rated IP55, and the integrated die-cast structure of the liquid cooling plate and pipeline provides dry/wet separation for enhanced durability and reliability. A comprehensive 3-level fire prevention strategy includes automatic dry agent fire suppression at the cell level, immersion-based thermal runaway suppression, and active ventilation with pressure relief—ensuring multi-layer protection throughout the system's lifecycle.
Thermal performance is optimized through centralized cooling, multistage flow channels, and throttling control. The system maintains a tight temperature variance—within Δ2°C at the module level and Δ3°C across the container—maximizing efficiency and extending battery life.
