Our large-capacity containerized Energy Storage System (ESS) delivers multi-megawatt-hour energy storage in a highly secure and compact 20-foot enclosure—ideal for grid-scale, commercial, and industrial applications. With outstanding UL9540A thermal spread test results, along with combustible gas monitoring, explosion protection, and pressure relief systems, safety is built into every layer.
Designed for long-term durability, the enclosure is rated IP55 and features a die-cast integrated structure that separates liquid cooling and pipeline systems, enhancing mechanical integrity and environmental resistance. A three-tier fire prevention system includes FK 5-1-12 dry-agent extinguishing at the cell level, immersion-based thermal runaway suppression, and an active ventilation and relief mechanism—offering comprehensive protection from thermal events.
The system features advanced thermal management, using centralized cooling with multi-stage shunting, parallel flow channels, and throttling control. Tight thermal uniformity (Δ2°C at the module level, Δ3°C at the container level) ensures high efficiency and prolongs battery lifespan.
Intelligent monitoring is provided through a user-centric interface and real-time BMS analytics for proactive control, fault detection, and operational safety.
